Duties:

  • Design, deploy and operate workplace services for Office, Development, Test, Training and ATM/AIM environments, while ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Automate operating system, software and configuration deployment processes
  • Manage operating systems and the application software portfolio
  • Establish and maintain operating procedures and the knowledge base for the support organization
  • Lead projects evolving the workplace service portfolio
  • Act as contact person for relevant external service providers
  • Provide 3rd level support

Skills:

  • Higher education or Bachelor level degree in an IT or engineering relevant subject
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in IT engineering
  • Strong command of Microsoft Windows Client & Server, Active Directory, SCCM, M365 services and security technologies
  • Experience with workload provisioning through Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
  • Experience in project management and ability to collaborate and contribute in multi-discipline projects
  • Analytical capabilities enabling you to solve complex problems, considering people, process and technology
  • Strong technical writing skills enabling you to put your thoughts down on paper
  • Structured working method and self-driven work ethic
  • Leadership to navigate a change around obstacles
  • Ability to work within a team and independently, strong communication and collaboration skills
